I'm Emile Bennett. I've spent 20 years designing and engineering software and mobile apps, and I build with AI every day, including this website.
Two decades of product design taught me that the hard part is rarely the technology. It's the habit. So I start with you, not the tools. How you work now, where your day gets stuck, and what you'd need to trust before you hand a task over.
Then I can help you pick from the best off-the-shelf AI platforms and connect them to the tools you already use. I map out where you stay in the loop, and shape each workflow to fit habits you already have. FAQ
Questions people ask first.
Do I need to be technical?
No. If you can use email and a shared drive, you can use what I set up. Using AI well doesn't have to turn you into a technology person, and it doesn't take you out of your own work. Making software easy for non-technical people has been my job for 20 years, and every setup ends with training at your pace.
How much time will this actually save?
That's what the review is for. We go through your week together, and you leave with an estimate in hours per week and a fixed price for the setup, before you spend anything else.
Which AI tools do you work with?
Mostly Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini and Gemini Notebook (formerly NotebookLM) for knowledge and writing, and Make, Zapier or n8n for connecting systems. I'll start from what you already pay for and only suggest something new if it clearly earns its place.
What does it cost to run afterwards?
You pay the tool providers directly. For most solo setups that means a subscription of roughly £20 a month. Team automations vary with how much you run through them, and you'll see the expected running costs in your plan before you commit to anything.
Is my data safe?
Everything is set up inside your own accounts, so you stay in control of it. Before anything sensitive goes in, I'll take you through each tool's privacy and training settings, and help you decide what should and shouldn't be shared with an AI tool at all.
I only have one task in mind. Is that enough?
It's the best way to start. One task, set up well, shows you what's possible and pays for itself fastest. You can add more later.
Where are you based?
I work remotely, so it doesn't matter where you are. Calls and training happen over video, and everything I set up is online.
What happens after the setup?
You get 30 days of support for fixes and fine-tuning. After that it's yours to run. If you'd like someone to keep improving it, that's what the Fractional AI Partner retainer is for, and it's entirely optional.
